Documents for our foreign shooters

There’s a series of documents that you as a foreign shooter from outside of the Nordic region need to fill out and submit to us. The document is listed below:

For EU citizens:

  1. We need you to fill out this form, temporary firearm import application. Fill out the following sections: Applicant section, Weapons section, Signature section and the “Date of arrival”, “Latest date of departure” and “Place of arrival” in the “Target shooting” section. When this is done, please sign and send it as an attachment to us by e-mail to info@skytteforeningen.se
  2. A scanned version of your EU gun passport
  3. A scanned version of your national gun permit

For non-EU citizens:

  1. We need you to fill out this form, temporary firearm import application. Fill out the following sections: Applicant section, Weapons section, Signature section and the “Date of arrival”, “Latest date of departure” and “Place of arrival” in the “Target shooting” section. When this is done, please sign and send it as an attachment to us by e-mail to info@skytteforeningen.se
  2. A scanned version of your national gun permit

Please send us these documents at the latest 2015-02-27 and we will file these applications for you. Despite of what the document states, the Swedish Police will need 8 weeks to process your application. The Swedish Police will also charge 700 SEK in application fee. We will pay this for you and then charge your PayPal-account in Shoot’nScoreIt with the corresponding amount.

In addition to this, you’ll need an official invitation to the competition upon your arrival. You will find a printable version of this documents on this web page within the next few weeks.
